Start fresh by having our dietitian help with your pantry and kitchen supplies. This session will involve learning about items that are better left in the supermarket, great snack ideas and the best foods to purchase, making it easy to put together a healthy and tasty meal without needing to shop every day. Let us help you organize your kitchen and pantry!
Hands on cooking classes
Group cooking classes
Organize your own group or join a class already on offer. Private group cooking classes will be conducted either in a space of your choice or in a commercial space situated in the Greater Moncton area, and can be tailored to your needs.
Group cooking classes are available for social groups, work and corporate groups, community groups or just a group you have thrown together for the day.
Private cooking classes
This is a great option for people with specific needs, moving out of home, or with anxieties about learning to cook. Our cooking classes range from basic cooking skills and quick fast healthy meals, to menus for special dietary requirements. It’s a chance to expand your meal repertoire, ask questions, learn about nutrition and find ways to enhance your experience of cooking at home. Various packages are available for all skill levels.
Kids cooking classes
and nutrition lessons
These cooking classes and nutrition lessons focus on getting kids excited about tasting, learning new ingredients and understanding how we can eat a balanced diet and a variety of foods. They will get involved with measuring, weighing and following recipes while getting their hands dirty at the same time.
Learn how to maximise your time in the kitchen! Our 60-90 minute sessions will help you plan your meals/snacks for your busy week.
Our Registered Dietitian will give you tips, tricks, lots of recipes and will guide you during the hands-on cooking workshops!
Our demos & classes are fun, interactive, and come with food samples to give you an idea of how delicious healthy eating can be! All demos & classes are taught by a registered dietitian, and often include handouts, food samples and recipes.
