This 12-week program includes 18 hours of professional support with a Registered Dietitian and Certified Clinical Kinesiologist. Our program will :

                                            - keep you motivated;
                                            - help you incorporate movement & healthy eating habits in your daily schedule;
                                            - educate and provide hands-on interactive sessions

  • Adults seeking to improve their health and learn/start an exercise program
  • Adults looking for evidence-based nutrition and fitness information/guidance
  • Individuals with cardiovascular risk factors
    • High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Pre-diabetes, Obesity
  • Individuals diagnosed with Diabetes 
    • Type I & II 
  • Individuals with Cardiac & Pulmonary Disease (low to moderate risk) 
  • ​Individuals with muscular skeletal, joint and/or nerve pain
    • Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Osteoporosis, MS, Parkinson, Chronic pain
